Some of the best al pastor meat I've ever tasted. DELICIOUS!!! I tried a malucha de pastor and it is worth noting the details that the coriander and radishes were fresh and crunchy (I asked for it without onion). The sauces very good. My favorite was the red. We had Hermanos Lopez Taqueria's food truck at our graduation celebration event. The initial contact was really great and communication leading up to the event went well. The staff along with Juan were super friendly and the food was fantastic. We had carne asada/chicken tacos served with a side of beans and rice.
