Ordered pick up on 2/7, 1st wasn’t ready on time 20 minutes later. We ordered 2 salads both had pieces of lettuce that were so big that you had to cut everyone to even eat it, also ordered the Focaccia Bread that was made on a hogie roll ( no where close to Focaccia). We also had a pizza and a couple other meals that were mediocre. For what we paid would never eat there again. Should change how you list your items.😤

Had a surprise birthday dinner at Joe's! They were super nice, great service and very accommodating! We've had lunch and dinner here many times. Never a bad time! Excellent staff and food!

Went in today and loved the look of the inside. Nicely renovated old building. I must have missed the lunch rush because I was really the only person in there. Lucky me I guess, because the food came out fast and was prepared very nicely. Will definitely eat here again if I ever make it back to Ottumwa.

Had a great experience celebrating a friend’s birthday tonight. A wide selection of food choices on the menu. Everything we ate was fabulous. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the music selection playing softly in the background. We had awesome service from Brooklyn. Our group will definitely eat there again and we highly recommend others check it out.

Ordered online for delivery. Ranch, plate & napkins were not delivered as requested. Called the restaurant & spoke with a gentleman who told me he would bring it! I’d prefer a complete order over a credit back to my card! Kudos to the staff on duty & owner. Wings and pizza were delicious! Next time I’ll dine in to try some pasta! Support this business! Waiter was spectacular, even made a big donation to local 9th grade football team (OHS) We love the service, and food. Definitely recommend! Prices are reasonable, and portions are generous. (Bread is very good, served warm, and extra flavor.) This place is so yummy!
