McDonald's in Ottumwa

“Never get your food order right and then won't replace it and could take several days to get hold of them by phone so it usually when you get back to the same town again and they tell you couple weeks later you didn't contact us soon enough can help you sorry you should have gotten hold of us right then witch is bull @@@@ I think so service good service sucks because they go to fast everything you order on the sandwich is not there or it' throw together and they roll the paperraper and smash sandwiches and it's a dang miss food good if they make it right and get your order right“

“The food and staff are fantastic at all hours. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even at 2am. For the past year I’ve had nothing but good experiences here via drive-thru, curbside, dine in, or by McDelivery. My food is always fresh, I typically receive my order within a reasonable amount of time, the items are correct, and the staff is friendly. I especially enjoy seeing their cashier Emily, she is awesome and always so kind! I really appreciate that this location and business has improved over the past few years and serves well to Ottumwa.“
