The waitress that day was really nice with a very welcoming attitude. The atmosphere was above most the places weve been inside to eat at in Ottumwa. Extrememly clean and the air seemed fresh the place was very roomy and relaxing. We had a good time enjoying our visit there. The bathrooms were actually the cleanest most sanitary of all the public places in that town by far! Highly recommend this Pizza Hut.

Ordered ahead and picked up our food at the drive through. Service was great. The pizzas were fresh and hot. Only complaint...my wife asked for light sauce on her pepperoni lover's pizza, and there wasn't any that we could tell.

This restaurant does a great job. My issue is with the website's clarity on what breadsticks come with sauce and which do not. This strongly needs to addressed on the website. Should be on the website, your order, and on the receipt. Example: On picking pasta it should say pasta dish comes with breadsticks and no sauce. Once selected it should be in your cart stating no sauce too. And again on the receipt too. If the Breadsticks you order comes with sauce say it, list...
