Chick-fil-A in Pella is always a great choice! Tonight we had amazing service (as always) and our food was ready quick yet piping hot when arrived.
We just took our kids to eat and it was delish!!!! Very impressed with the service, food, employees and how clean the store was!
My kiddos talked me into driving to Pella just to get chick-fil-a tonight. I was so impressed with how they had everything set up for the drive thru!! We sat for about 20 mins, but with where we started in the line I thought that was GREAT timing!! Very impressed. Good work Pella chick-fil-a!!

Chick-fil-A serves excellent food with pleasant staff, and it has gained a reputation for unbeatable customer service. The drive-thru is efficient, and orders are accurate, including condiments. The cob salad is a highlight, with great dressing. Even when mistakes happen, the staff is helpful, and the restaurant is clean and nice. Customers have shared experiences of staff going above and beyond, such as running after cars to deliver forgotten drinks. Food is consistently a hit, with quick service even during busy times. The Grilled Chicken Club has been a favorite for many, and the waffle fries are best enjoyed with Chick-fil-A sauce. Despite occasional mix-ups, Chick-fil-A remains a favorite for its fresh and good food.
