My husband and I stopped in for jerky. The gentleman behind the counter talked me into trying dessert cheese balls(4 different flavors). I just wanted to say Thank You. They are awesome paired with lady fingers.
Traveled to Pella for the bookshop, got recommended here.
Incredibly friendly service, awesome to be able to get samples! The jerky was absolutely to die for. We weren't able to make it in time for sandwiches, but I will update my review when we have some.
We're 1h15min away, and we can make a day trip out of it!

We ate lunch there. I had the Double Dutch with a Farmer John Multi-Grain Ale — both good choices. I wish I had ordered the fries, though. Having sampled them, they’re delicious. I also tried the Dutch Jerky (very good) and bought some beer cheese spread (that we look forward to sampling). HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.
