“First time experiencing Big Acai. I got the popular Tropical Smoothie which was great. Portion size was just enough for me.I didn’t have to wait to be served. It can be awkward ordering the first time if you’ve never seen the menu before; however, the staff will help walk you through the options.Store has some seating indoors and outside. No public restroom.Getting into the store is not wheelchair friendly since there is a small step into the store.“

“Amazing atmosphere: it's sleek, it's modern, it makes me forget I'm in Iowa. Great coffee and amazing smoothies too, as well as a small lunch menu and baked goods. All of the workers were wearing masks (a rarity of Pella!) and that made me feel so much safer than I do in the rest of the town. I will definitely become a regular here.“
