Visited Smokey Row on Saturday. we were told the food would be 30 minutes out. after over an hour, I finally asked about the food and was told they had delivered it to another table. immediately after, I was told that no it's almost ready. obviously, they forgot the order. will not return!
While visiting family in town today, stopped into the Pella location. What a joke! Horrible customer service. Barista wouldn’t even greet us & some guy cut in front of us while waiting for her to take our order (as she looked right at us), & she waited on him & was super chatty. She does a great job of perfecting her RBF tho 👌🏽
Good thing… stopped into the IRIS Coffee Company a few doors down instead. A much better experience!

We set out to visit all 14 Smokey Rows.
We found Pella Smokey Row top of our list. The cozy atmosphere, top notch coffee, extensive menu with breakfast all day was everything we could imagine.
What made this particular Smokey Row, above the rest, was the fun loving, friendly, energetic and knowledgable staff. My only regret is I forgot their names. Thank You for a fabulous Smokey Row experience.

Smokey Row Coffee is a popular spot in the busy downtown area. The coffee is good, and the pastries are pretty good too. The cheeseburger chowder is a highlight, and try ordering it in a bread bowl! The staff handle a crowd well, even on a busy Sunday. While parking can be a challenge, the atmosphere is lovely, and the prices are reasonable. Customers enjoy sitting outside at small tables, especially with a cup of coffee and a Dutch Letter. Inside, the space has two levels and outdoor seating, making it a cute spot on the corner. The staff are friendly and give great recommendations, like the sweet Georgia brown drink. Many visitors come for good coffee and a cozy place to relax, and some stay longer for WiFi or a meal. The club sandwich is packed with goodies and highly recommended. The store was warm and inviting. Smokey Row Coffee is a great place to enjoy good coffee and a nice atmosphere.
