“Enjoyed a late lunch here recently. Friendly staff, relaxing environment with great music, and delicious food. Will definitely be visiting again on my next trip to Pella. Highly recommend the fries cooked in beef tallow and Brussel sprouts with cheese curds. 🤤“

“The food here is really good! The prices are a little high, though. There isn't a lot of seating for big groups.
They have monthly specials that are featured on the little board by the register.
I ordered the Italian Grinder. It's really good, but they need to add banana peppers to it and it would be perfect!
Each plate gets a pickle spear and it is so delicious!“

“We are from out of town. Food was decent, might have been our choices as other dishes seen looked good. my negative review is based on the fact that I handed the waitress the folder with the ticket and my card. 10 mins passed and she didn't come back. I watched her take other orders etc. When I asked her for my card- " what, you don't have it?" over 10 mins later her and 3 others also could not locate it. It was finally found after they asked me several more time if I was sure I didn't have it. *edit they did reach out a few hours later and adjusted my bill*“

“Food at pella Iowa location is excellent compared to the Grinnell Iowa location and the staff at the Pella location is more friendly than in Grinnell Iowa location. I highly recommend the Pella location as a great dining out experience to everyone I know.“

“This is the go-to place to get your Dutch treats. They have everything you can imagine and more. I have been going here for years and actually lived in Pella for several. Staff is friendly, helpful, patient and courteous. Some item prices are a bit high but the quality makes up for the cost. The food has a pretty good shelf life and is always freshly made. It is easy to spend $150 dollars or more. But it is always well worth it. If you are in the area, stop in. You won't be disappointed. They are closed on Sunday due to religious reasons, but their hours during the week are long. There are times when the wait can be extended due to long lines but they are quick to get people helped and out the door. I love this place!“
