This is by far the WORST Arby’s that I have ever been to. I went there to order just a roast beef sandwich, curly fries and a Coca Cola. I went through the drive through as usual and when I got to the window, I waited at least 5-10 minutes just for somebody to check me out. When they finally did, the person at the window was extremely rude and indifferent. I then waited another 5 minutes just to get a simple meal. Then when I started to bite into the roast beef sandwich, it was so dry and the bread was cold, not warm like it usually is. Then when I tried to eat the curly fries, they were soggy and mushy and to make matters worse, the coke was flat and tasted down drained. I wasted at least 10$ on what literally tastes like an MRE. Go somewhere else and do NOT waste your money here. I’ve heard so many bad stories from former employees and other customers and decided to give this place a second chance but they just keep proving me right.

I ordered the double beef and cheddar meal online. I arrive to pick up 10 minutes later. My food was cold and not what I ordered. I received a roast beef no cheddar and it was all cold and not double. Not the first time I’ve had an issue at this location. I did call and all he said was I’ll write it down. Definitely won’t make the mistake of going to this location again. Altoona never messes up and the food is hot!

Their costumer servics is the worst iv ever experienced.. they close before they are supposed too, they forget half your order and seriously have forgotten the meat on my sandwiches on more than one occasion..

If I could post negative stars I would. Service was terrible had to argue with gentleman for 5 minutes that was not the food we ordered kept showing him ticket. Go somewhere else

Definitely calling the health department and If I could give ZERO starts I would I had a horrible experience the first time trying to get food so I come back few months later to give them another chance asked for my food fresh paid and they still hand me old cold fries I asked for my refund then the manager Shannon comes to refund me and rude unprofessional and arguing back at me keep in mind I operate a food truck and how I was treated today was BAD BUSINESS I won’t be back ?♂️ and it was filthy in there I will be doing a formal complaint Misty the Gm should be embarrassed and ashamed how store # 8880 is being ran

We had the fish meal and it’s the sandwich was excellent. The only complaint I do have is I’m not real thrilled on the Kings Hawaiian bread, but besides that it was an excellent meal.
