We ordered Burger King tonight, hoping for an easy dinner and looked we forward to a whopper and a chicken sandwich. Instead we were giving the whole wrong order, feels like they threw,, whatever was sitting out, in our bag. Plus, it was ice cold. Definitely do not recommend eating at this location, Very disappointed. Couldn’t even eat what we did get. I put a phototo it show proof of above statement.

They can't even get a simple order correct. I ordered 2 sausage breakfast sandwiches and received one sausage and one bacon NOT what I ordered.

I had a fantastic experience at the Pleasant Hill Burger King. The staff was extremely pleasant, welcoming, and made the visit enjoyable from the start. We ordered the Eggnormous Burrito, a croissant sandwich, and hash browns, everything was cooked to perfection. The coffee was top notch as well, fresh and flavorful. Overall, a great breakfast and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was the second Burger King today. No one was in the store, not very many in car line. No one said anything to us, so we left, for the second time at a BK in DM. If there are only 2 people working in the mid afternoon- you won't get waited on unless you are in drive through? Wanted to let you know, so perhaps it can be addressed. The girl doing drive trough sounded friendly, but unable to help us.

I went through the drive up and when I ordered we could here the person on the coms with us saying she needed to leave then it shut off and someone else took the 2nd half of our order not very professional but the gentleman was nice gave us alot of napkins and the food was hot and fresh

Very poor service going through drive thru. The young man was spacy causing us to have to repeat the order several times. Even though he was polite it was still annoying.

This Burger King has the rudest employees I have ever dealt with. They told me to pull to the first window for the drive-thru so I did and I waited for 5 minutes for nobody to come to the window. So I pulled up to the second window and the guy was very rude when he opened the drive-thru window. This is why Burger King is going downhill and a lot of the restaurants are now closing
