I was missing items in my bag. I went inside and there was a manager named george. He was extremely helpful courteous and professional. He had a smile on the whole time. And was eager to help me. I cannot say enough nice things about him.

About a year ago I left a one-star review due to poor service, but I felt it was only fair to update it. Lately, every time I’ve visited, the service has been way better than awesome. The staff has been friendly, orders have been accurate, and everything has been moving much more smoothly. It’s great to see such a big improvement. Keep up the excellent work!

Customer service was great sugar-free vanilla iced coffee so I really can't wait their food. And all together the atmosphere is cold and isolated at all McDonald's because there is no customer service they just have you order at a machine and put your food on the counter. So I normally don't eat McDonald's anymore. I just pick up an iced coffee. Iced coffee there are the best and great priced.

I usually don't write negative reviews, I try to always be positive. However this was the worst experience I've ever had. I work in healthcare and after working a 16-hour shift today All I wanted was something to eat. When I got to the drive-thru the girl came on and her exact words were.... Where extremely short staff tonight so it's going to be a while before I can take your order. I looked around and it was me and another car in the drive-thru. I took this very personal maybe it's because I take care of people all day long and I just wanted somebody to take care of me for 10 minutes by feeding me some food. I understand about being short-staffed I truly do. But we do the best we can with what we have and we don't let people know. Where was the managers why weren't they there? Needless to say I just drove through the drive-thru and went home hungry. You let me down McDonald's....I will never eat and another McDonald's again. For future references let your employees know The customers don't need to know your short staffed just do your job and make them happy.

Literally the worst McDonalds. Sooooo slow! 25 minutes in line? Rude too! Tried to go in and get my app order and they told me I had to get into the drive-through. So 25 minutes I wait. So freaking annoyed. I thought this was fast food.

Every time I go to Pleasant hill McDonald's they are out of ketchup or it takes 25min to get food and it's cold when you get home. Plus I've been all month trying to get there Boo Buckets they don't have any what's up with that. They shouldn't announce their going to have them on the news. Tell your kids then they don't. Never going back will go to Burger King they don't lie and their food is hot!!!

The food absolutely sucks. I ordered a double hamburger and there wasn't a drop of ketchup or mustard on it.
And I'm confident that there was zero spices used. Like salt and pepper maybe?

I will never go back to this mcdonalds ever again. I placed a mobile order so it was already paid for and had to wait in the drive thru line 45 minutes. I don’t know why I waited, I should have left, but already paid. This was truly an upsetting experience. The line moved one car maybe every 15 minutes. I am done with this place forever.

They say they open at 5am - went to drive through at 5:05 they asked us to wait a few minutes as they were still cooking food. 10 minutes later I left wife at drive through to go in and use bathroom. Outside door was locked and everyone was in the back. Walked back to car and at 5:25 left with out ever hearing from the workers.

This is the worst location of all time. A bunch of kids working who can’t pay attention long enough to get a DoorDash order right let alone when you go through the drive thru. 99% of drive thru staff are rude or don’t seem to care at all or both. 0/10 in every category possible. Highly recommend you go somewhere else, it will be worth it. I would leave 0 stars if it would let me as one star is being very generous.
