I have been going here for the last few months almost every day. I usually pick up a coffee and sometimes a food item. I have had some throat issues, so rather than talking it out every time they let me ask for my regular, "the Steve, please." Great bunch of young, friendly people working there. I don't know all of their names, but I feel like I have become friends with all of them. Thank you all for your patience and for making me feel so welcome. Steve
Service was excellent and timely. Staff was overall nice and helpful. The food (bacon breakfast burrito) that I ordered was on par as you would usually get at a scooters with nothing negative about it. The drink was well crafted and was actually above par with the taste and craftsmanship this order. Overall a great experience.
I go to this location every once in a while when I’m down in Pleasant Hill, and they always do a great job and have great customer service. Today I got a pistachio white mocha to try, and my dog promptly threw up on the lid, and they were so kind about it when I came back to order another and made a replacement!
