“We had the ribeye steak tonight and it melted in your mouth! It was delicious and seasoned just right. The salad was huge and the fries were plentiful. I couldn’t eat all the salad or fries as I wanted the steak more! Hats off to the cook! We will return.”

“I discovered Dandy's by happenstance. I was looking for good barbecue in Mason City and realized there really isn't any. Then, I found Dandy's and I've been going there every week for a couple months! not only is the food delicious but the owners are beautiful people. They're funny and fun and it shows in their food that they love what they do. I absolutely recommend them! The Chicken Bombs are awesome but their ribs and brisket is equally so. Don't forget the SCOTCHAROO!!!❤️”

“I used to live in Mason city and now live 2.5hours away, but every time I go to Mason city I have to go to taco tico. Great food, great service, always busy, and responsible prices. I have been to lots of restaurants in my life and alot of restaurants have messed up my order, I have been to taco tico in Mason city plenty of times and they have never messed up on my order.”

“We were driving through from Waterloo to Minneapolis, stopped in Mason City to visit family and looked at Google maps for restaurants. Happy Donkey came up. Only one other table with customers. We were skeptical. Service was friendly, establishment was clean, food was delicious (donkey enchilada was my choice and couldn't have been happier)!! Worth stopping!! 5/5!!!”

“They kicked out our party of 8 because we pushed together tables near the billiards table. Very unprofessional, discourteous and downright rude. These distasteful actions were performed by the owner herself. We have been here numerous times before and love food. However we will not be returning.”

“Had the special Walleye and my son had a hamburger. Amazing! This place is a dive bar with grill but the food is top notch and comparable to a full scale restaurant. Quality of food was amazing and priced great! Waitress was always smiling and locals were coming and going for dinner. Smoke free environment. Will be back when passing through again!
