We recently had the pleasure of using PrairieMoon on Main catering for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Amy &Loren made the entire process effortless. Their pricing was very reasonable for the amount of food. However, the real star of the show was the food itself. We received countless compliments from guests about how delicious everything was. It truly elevated the overall experience of our wedding day. Stopped in Saturday night. Thought it would be nice to get a birthday dinner. No one greated us when we walked in. Wagers came over and was pleasant when taking drunk order. My date went to the restroom. Upon returning to our table he was unable to get to his seat. The owner seeing him coming, continued his conversation with another person without acknowledging that he was in the way. That won’t get you any of my hard earned money. Too bad as the location is so convenient. The food in the past has been ok, but only if I get take out. Even then you wait and never get offered a drink…

Had the breaded pork tenderloin basket with slaw and fries after my 6+ mile hike at Backbone State Park to see the fall colors. The tenderloin was top notch! Coleslaw was creamy and the fries were not salted to death. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. The dining area was well kept also. Keep up the great work and I will be back again!

I've been here a few times now but this was my first time trying the infamous Tenderloin Sandwich. Full disclosure, I rarely like anything breaded & fried and even I liked the Tenderloin ?. We also ordered a Burger & Fries and I have had a Grilled Chicken Sandwich here before that was delicious. The food has always been obviously fresh, well constructed and yummy with equally good and personable service. I definitely recommend making the jaunt out to try them if you are going to be in the area.

While on a motorcycle ride, we stopped at PrairieMoon on Main to try their award winning tenderloins. Excellent sandwich......great service. Well worth the ride from Waterloo.
