“Great location for Subway.I got here just past 11:00 and they were packed. The line was almost out the door. I came right in the middle of lunch rush. But there were several staff working and they got through the line pretty quick. It was moving at a good pace.The staff were polite and got my order done really quick.The Philly cheese steak was good. The meat was tender and there were a lot of toppings.This is one of the only few options close to Sioux Gateway airport. It's definitely worth stopping here to get food to take on your flight.“

“Got the Texas barbecue sub for lunch, and cheddar broccoli soup for supper. The sandwich was tasty, and it was honestly hard to finish the whole 6 inch. The brisket is cooked perfectly, it's pulled which was surprising to us but it works well. There's not a lot of barbecue on it which isn't necessarily a bad thing and there's enough to taste it. The pickles are a little overwhelming, it tastes like they make their own because they're really strongly seasoned. I took a slice off and ate it on its own so I could get the sandwich flavor without it and WOW. Again not necessarily a bad thing, just not my thing. The cheddar broccoli soup is pretty much exactly what you'd expect. The broccoli is completely blended up, no chunks, which I prefer. They were out of bread bowls unfortunately so haven't gotten to experience that yet. My fiance got the cheddar potato soup and it was very thick and cheesy, more like a chowder which is never a bad thing, just don't expect to dip bread into it very well lol. It also had pieces of what we believe to be ham which is pretty good with it, but was unexpected. The people there in the morning were a little less friendly than the ones in the evening, but still nice enough. Beware of the bell that goes off when you walk in the door, it's quite unpleasant.“

“I was there around 4:30pm today and after a long day if work for myself i was tired and I myself added something to one of my sub that I didn't want on my sub I asked for ranch that I didn't want on my sub and even after Bre put it on my sub and I said I messed up and didn't get want ranch on my sub she offered to fix my own mess up for me so that I got my sub the way I wanted it. Amd Jalen had great customer service and knew already that I wanted pop with my order and then I forgot to add my number for my rewards and he was very polite about fixing it for me so I could add my number for my rewards.. Both Jalen and Bre gave great customer service.. I just then to get recognized for giving great customer service.. It felt good to get that kind of service after a long exhausting day of work and you just want to go home and relax but want to grab food on your way home.. Way to go thank you to Bre and Jalen for making my evening better..“

“I ordered on the app for pickup. I ordered a "melt", which showed a different kind of bread in the picture, not the typical Subway bread that you're used to seeing (see my picture). When I ordered, it didn't give me an option to select toppings like lettuce, and some others. I thought this was odd, but chalked it up to being a different kind of sandwich. Basically, when I got home with it, I opened the bag and the sandwich was super flat. Nothing like in the picture...the bread wasn't even the same. It was just regular sandwich bread. You can see the comparison in my pictures of what a normal turkey sandwich and a turkey melt look like. I wish I could have at least had the option on the app to add any toppings I wanted. The sandwich was good, just not what I ordered. The "melt" was even $1 more for some reason. ?‍♀️ I did not call them or anything, because I wasn't able to go back to the store, even if they offered to do something about it.I did like that they have a shelf by the counter for pickup, where you can basically just grab your mobile order when you arrive. It was placed behind where the ordering line is, though, so I had to ask at the counter if I needed to wait in the line to pickup a mobile order (I couldn't see the shelf when entering the store). A little better signage, or a message on the app would be nice with instruction. Also, having to walk through a line of people doesn't really allow for their 6 ft. social distancing that their signs ask for.“
