“It is consistent that online orders are made before the people standing in line. Customers waiting in line to order should come before online orders. We waited in line for 10 mins while he made online orders before he would make our sandwiches. It was even stated “Sorry guys, you should have ordered online it would have been faster.”

The workers are always pleasant, it just typically is not the place to grab food if you need to get in and out.“

“So this is my first bad review for Jersey Mike's. It was my first warm sandwich too. I ordered online and picked up in the restaurant. I would not recommend getting the the philly chicken #16. It had way too much bread to chicken / other stuff ratio. On the first bite it almost stuck in my throat. The bread was very dry. Chicken meat was just ok. It needed sauce or mayo or something else on it. I have had the chicken salad and other cold sandwiches which were all fantastic! I would never waste my money and order this again. I am going back for the cold sandwiches.“

“I was there around 4:30pm today and after a long day if work for myself i was tired and I myself added something to one of my sub that I didn't want on my sub I asked for ranch that I didn't want on my sub and even after Bre put it on my sub and I said I messed up and didn't get want ranch on my sub she offered to fix my own mess up for me so that I got my sub the way I wanted it. Amd Jalen had great customer service and knew already that I wanted pop with my order and then I forgot to add my number for my rewards and he was very polite about fixing it for me so I could add my number for my rewards.. Both Jalen and Bre gave great customer service.. I just then to get recognized for giving great customer service.. It felt good to get that kind of service after a long exhausting day of work and you just want to go home and relax but want to grab food on your way home.. Way to go thank you to Bre and Jalen for making my evening better..“

“I ordered on the app for pickup. I ordered a "melt", which showed a different kind of bread in the picture, not the typical Subway bread that you're used to seeing (see my picture). When I ordered, it didn't give me an option to select toppings like lettuce, and some others. I thought this was odd, but chalked it up to being a different kind of sandwich. Basically, when I got home with it, I opened the bag and the sandwich was super flat. Nothing like in the picture...the bread wasn't even the same. It was just regular sandwich bread. You can see the comparison in my pictures of what a normal turkey sandwich and a turkey melt look like. I wish I could have at least had the option on the app to add any toppings I wanted. The sandwich was good, just not what I ordered. The "melt" was even $1 more for some reason. ?‍♀️ I did not call them or anything, because I wasn't able to go back to the store, even if they offered to do something about it.I did like that they have a shelf by the counter for pickup, where you can basically just grab your mobile order when you arrive. It was placed behind where the ordering line is, though, so I had to ask at the counter if I needed to wait in the line to pickup a mobile order (I couldn't see the shelf when entering the store). A little better signage, or a message on the app would be nice with instruction. Also, having to walk through a line of people doesn't really allow for their 6 ft. social distancing that their signs ask for.“
