For my birthday I received a digital DQ gift card through email. Last week I ordered a blizzard in drive-through and showed the digital DQ info at the window. I was greeted with a gruff response of we don’t have a card reader. I explained there is no card and showed him the digital number that needed to be keyed in and he rudely took the number and entered it. Not a great experience. We had terrible service tonight. They lost our order twice & we waited at least an hour for our food. The staff lied and was very rude to us.
it took an hour to get our meal and only after having to ask twice did we finally get ours.
