Had the Roman meat pizza delivered and it was on point. Luckily it was more than I could eat so I now have left overs. It was definitely fast amd fresh. The ingredients were plentiful and not over done.
I have never been to a restaurant that is as cautious for allergies as this one! They hit it out of the park! Having celiac as well as a dairy allergy this makes it hard to find food while traveling that is safe and won’t be cross contamination with my allergens. This place not only changes gloves and moves to a completely different area to make your pizza but also has the dough in a separate container to reduce contamination from the wood fire process.
