This birria torta from BIG RED TACOS hits the spot. I enjoy their birria tacos and burritos and it's hard to stray away from something you know that's good. But I tried the torta today and it was worth it. Bread was crispy, beans prevented it from being dry, the cheese was gooey (I swear this fella is a cheese whisperer or something!), and of course the birria was on point with taste and texture. Good food very good for tacos .. little disappointed on the late opening day today
