Taylor (team lead) for Starbucks could care less about her team. She talks to them with 0 respect and never has something positive to say. Your shift will literally feel like walking around egg shells! A women in her mid 20s talking down on high school workers. Such a toxic environment! Nobody listens and nobody cares she gets away with it. Do your research before applying.
This store!!! Even though I didn't order food... just a black coffee in my own cup, not only did they charge me $3 but the music is unbearably LOUD! The bathrooms are extremely dirty and nasty. The staff, not great either. At least on the day I stopped in. This location needs a lot of attention. It is a busy location but that should be no excuse, they clearly have the staff to all work together maintaining cleanliness and great customer service.
