I used to be a huge fan of Crave Kitchen, but honestly, the food quality just hasn't been the same in recent years. My last visit, I ordered a burger and it was seriously lacking seasoning. They did make it right, which I appreciated. But this most recent time, we tried to give it another shot. We ordered the fried rice with chicken, and it felt like I got a bowl of fried carrots instead of fried rice—the amount of carrots was just ridiculous. The wings also seem to have changed; they're not as good as they used to be. The sushi was decent, no complaints there. On top of everything, the wait time was pretty crazy today; we were there for about 2 and a half hours total. I expected a little more from a restaurant like Crave.

A bit pricey most of the food was great but I a salmon roll. And a tuna roll and they were made with a weird fish paste not fresh pieces of fish for $25.Parole shipped definitely fresh fish , not fish paste

Staff is amazing. The food is a bit more inconsistent. One time I went and had chicken that melted in your mouth. Last time I had a not even mid flatbread and flavorless potatoes. I don't eat sushi but I've heard it's good. Drinks were well made.

Been great every time we've been here, or a Crave anywhere really.

Dylan was a great server, very personable and attentive but not overly. Our favorite on the sushi menu is the Bamboo Bites. The Firecracker Shrimp is very good as well. We come here quite often and I don't think we've ever had anything bad. That said, the spicy tuna didn't live up to expectations but that's a personal texture decision.

Beautiful view of the Missouri River. Wide selection of food including a full sushi menu. Cocktails are very well made.

We come here every time we stay at Hard Rock Hotel. Never disappointed. We had a fabulous waitress who led us to a perfect meal. I think her name was Anne.

The food was good but they need more help. We had reservations and still had to wait 20 minutes for a table. You definitely pay to be able to say you ate by the river. Drinks are expensive for what you get.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Riverfront for 2 nights and Crave is attached on the East side. I went over Friday night for supper and sat at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and on top of things despite being pretty busy. I had a lager on tap and it was great. I ordered the Bison Burger which had caramelized onions, a mushroom conserva, crispy fried onions, smoked cheddar and an egg sunny side up on a bun tops with lots of sesame and poppy seeds. I ordered this without the signature burger sauce. I have to say this is one of my all time favorite burgers ever! It was pure heaven. I highly recommend. The French fries that came with were delicious. I believe they were battered and fried. They were top notch. Unfortunately some friends joined and took most of them! I was back on Saturday for lunch and really had to hold back from having another Bison Burger. I ordered the Lobster Mac this time. It was really good. There were large pieces of lobster and smaller pieces too. I am not sure the exact name of the noodles but basically jumbo macaroni but half in proportional width. The portion substantial. Of course I had another of the Lager on tap. My friends joined me again. I took some of their sweet potato fries that were outstanding. Unlike the thin regular battered fries, these were thick grooved cut and shorter. May have been battered - super crisp. Definitely a great place to eat and if in town would stop here again for you know what!

Excellent spacious river-side restaurant in Sioux City serving a range of salads, meat and fish dishes and flatbreads. I had the caprese flatbread and my husband had the Korean chicken bowl (which was more like a full plate). Both were large and really delicious. It was very quiet the day we visited (a Saturday at midday). The staff were very attentive esp Dylan our server.

It is a few mins walk to the Lewis and Clarke Interpretive Center so highly recommend a visit there afterwards!
