CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar (Hilton Garden Inn - Sioux City)

We celebrated our anniversary this past Friday and had the pleasure of having Will as our waiter. He was incredibly personable, offered excellent recommendations, and made the evening feel special.

Amazing!! What a great time!! Pur waiter was a little busy, but overall, it was excellent!

Wonderful experience – would give 10/10.

As always, food was great and service done well. One of us requires Gluten free and there are great choices. Crave is one of our favorite places.

Great food and great drinks. Only 4 stars since the tiramisu was disappointing and nothing like a tiramisu.

It was Fathers Day weekend and the place was comfortably full. However, we sat at our table for maybe 15 minutes before we had to ask if someone could wait on us. Everything was fine once we got attention. Food was not overly warm.

This is the second time that even though we had a reservation we had to wait for a table while people who came in without a reservation got seated before us. Also, we asked for a table in our reservation request and they tried to put us in a booth for a party of 5. Our server was outstanding and the food was great.

If you want to place a to go order and have them forget half of your food you’ll love it! Ask for a credit back for the missing food? Go through door dash, it’s not their problem.

I love the food. Great Sushi. I don’t like places that add fees to your bill. No sign posted for credit card fee. It was on the bill at the end which the server folded under to obscure it. Price your things to account for the cost of doing business. Don’t add deceptive fees. Most card processing services this goes against your terms and conditions. How would your business fair if you lost the ability to take credit cards.

We had an outstanding time with a great weight staff attending us. The food was out of this world! Highly recommend the firecracker shrimp as an appetizer and my Chilean Sea Bass was some of the best I've ever had! The mushroom spaghetti dish was highly praised and so were the beef medallions! Lovely interior setting!

Denise is a top-notch, fabulous server! The steaks were very good, but cooked more done than ordered. The firecracker shrimp is a favorite of our entire family.

We stopped here 2 years ago on our way north from Texas. We were excited to stop for a 2nd time. Our server Jordan did a great job! Our food was excellent. What a great find in Edmond Oklahoma!

We have been to Crave many times. This was probably one of the worst experiences. We had reservations and were just left standing there while the host walked around aimlessly. No communication finally we asked what was going on he said 3 minutes-well after 15 we went to the bar to sit down and another 10 minutes goes buy. He never once updated us then took more people to seats not saying a word to us. We finally stopped another waiter that was working outside and asked what was happening-he said he didn't know that he had told the host 5 minutes and to bring us out which was 30 minutes now. Once we finally got seated Ethan our server did an excellent job and our food (Crunch roll and the Cancun) were great. Not the person to be hosting have to communicate with people.

Food is a bit pricey but good. Wait staff was attentive. However, after we paid our bill, no one ever came to refill our water or ask if we wanted another drink. We were there for over two hours with no water.
