Food took over 30 minutes, we were the only ones in line and ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. When we checked the food there was no mayo on the sandwich when the only request was only mayo, extra mayo. The bun was also extremely soggy. When we took it back they ran away from the counter. When they came up, one of them fixed it with his bare hands. He kept manhandling the food with his bare hands and struggling to wrap it. There was minimal apologies and they kept making excuses for their behavior. The store was overall extremely dirty and everyone working was standing around drinking drinks and on their phones. The worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever seen.

It was ridiculous, the manager was gone when there were two new hires and and underage kid there no one knew how to work the fryer or what to get out the fridge I had to tell them how to cook the cheese curds because no one knew what they were doing they burnt the 1rst two batches

Very very disappointed in the way the workers were treating customers...they were also very disorganized and orderers we're getting messed up...they were calling out what was in orders instead of the order number ....I use to work at a DQ and honestly this is a reason why I never went back

I was there with my friend Ashley Shroeder and we had horrible service it took forever to get our food and other customers were getting the wrong food.

ordered the 7$ meal deal and it took us an hour to get the food and the employee assisted everybody else but me and i was right in front of her face i asked her when they would make my meal twice and she said i would have to wait, and all the other customers she assisted ordered way after me, and they got their orders (that were similar to mine) before me and i never got my order till my mom complained and the employee kinda raised her voice at her saying that my mom should be complaining to to the griller because they were the ones making the chicken tenders instead of her? but she was the one giving the meals out? so i was confused about that. but at least the other employee apologized and gave me a free blizzard coupon.??\u200d♀️ and an extra chicken tender. but still shouldn’t have taken that long for 3 chicken tenders an fries

After waiting what felt like ten minutes in line i finally got to the counter and the cashier just walked into the back to help the cook. I get they were busy and only two of them, but not even a “ill be right with you”? I waited a few more minutes then just left. Mind you i was the last one in line, all i wanted was a malt.

Staff is unfriendly and rude and they close their kitchen at 7 which is highly unusual.

The male cook yelled at me and was extremely rude because I asked for gravy. He literally yelled at me in front of other customers and told me to get out of the window. I will be contacting the store manager asap. Some people just do not need to work in customer service.

Girl in the front counter got angry because she had to get off her phone to assist us and rolled her eyes like three times and was very rude. Both employees were just on their and could care less about the customers

Really rude service. -1 stars if I could. Ordered 4 things off the "2 for $4" menu. Was told the total was $13. When I asked why it wasn't $8 I was told I didn't order right. I let it go as an employee having a bad day. Then went up for sundaes. Again 2 for $4... I paid $3.29 each. She was so short with me I just paid it so I could leave. Won't go back.
