Waited 25 minutes for 2 chicken strip baskets at 12:45 on a Saturday. No communication from staff. They refused to take orders at 1:00 even after the 3rd worker returned from..a break? Painfully slow. No apology. When we finally got our chicken strip baskets, that we were going to eat in the car, they said they were out of baskets and

The owner and the staff that day got our attention in the best way. The young man working that day really impressed us . So polite and hard working and so much more.
