Polite and food was good. However, the person helping me used the same gloves to grab my food, take my cash and give me change, and then went back to making more pretzels. YUCK!
The pretzels are my favorite, but I went there on Saturday 7-19-2025, and it said they opened at 10, but they said they didn’t open till 12:30. So that’s a little dumb but overall the food is great.
The pretzels were GREAT! Super soft and warm boarding on hot, I got the biggest box they offer. The cheese was also on point! The service was excellent, there were A LOT of people there, and they were able to get to all of us very quickly. If you like soft pretzels THIS is the place to go in Sioux City.
