I just want to shout out the staff. The girl that helped us was so friendly, but more than that, she took care of us the entire time we were there. She went out of her way to make sure we were good. In this day and age you really dont see the kind of customer service she gave. I think her name was Katrina. Im not sure. It was Saturday 8/30/24 at about 7pm. I was so impressed. She was great.
Ate here during winter storm when buffet was closed all weekend. They weren't excessively busy but it took unusually long to get our food, and when we did, the meatball sandwich just wasn't that great. Bun was over-toasted yet the meatballs were barely lukewarm.Overall good experience at the casino, just not a great lunch.
They serve awesome food, great presentation. The people working all seem happy, super friendly and helpful.∆∆ UPDATE ∆∆ the food is still great I eat there almost every day for breakfast, and the best part is that it is free. Every morning, because I'm a double Platinum rewards member. It's delicious food everyday and it starts me out with a strong belly full of food. I don't know what I would do without it now, thank you so much Hard Rock and fuel American...
