The other day my husband and I went through the drive up and ordered a sandwich and pickle. The customer service was terrible and the order was wrong. The manager apologized and gave us a free sub sandwich card. Last night I went to order a number 11 and was told I couldn't use the card because it's not a slim sandwich or any sandwich numbered 1 through 6. No where on the card does it say that I have to order a specific sandwich that they have listed on their board. I took pictures...read full review
ONE block too far to deliver to our house. I like the management, but wish something could be done to resolve this. Ive discussed this with others on the same block, including one business. This place is missing out on potential extra revenue due to just one block, and unfortunately we do not go there as much as we used to.
