KFC is a restaurant that serves great food, including hot and fresh chicken, and has a clean environment inside and out. The employees are helpful and provide excellent customer service, with some staff members going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. The drive-through service is also commendable, with fast and friendly service. While the freshness of the chicken can be inconsistent, the original chicken remains a favorite among customers. The new chicken nuggets have received praise for their kid-friendliness, and the fries continue to be a popular choice. Overall, KFC is a great option for a quick and satisfying meal, and many customers appreciate the pleasant experience they have had there.
