Portion sizes and quality of food do not compare to the price. The bill for what's shown was around $30, not including a tip. Hot chocolate was thick and weird, I didn't drink it (was also $3-$4 each). My scrambled eggs were like a fake egg substitute cooked like an omelet, not your traditional scrambled egg. The waffle had no flavor. It's not terrible, but it's also not a meal i would rush back to.

Great American or Mexican breakfast food. Lunch is great too. Great presentation, which you wouldn't expect. Thanks for that little extra effort. Hidden gem.

This is now one of my favorite breakfast places in town! The food was amazing and the waitress was outstanding. Extremely helpful and was excited to show us new things. I had the stuffed French toast, the peanut butter was my favorite. Hashbrowns were perfect and the waitress suggested a homemade hot sauce was outstanding.
The best part of the experience was the coffee de olla. Holy cow was that about the best cup of coffee I have had in a long time!!
I highly recommend this place for breakfast! If anything, just for that coffee!!

Didn't get what I ordered. Steak was greasy and had a terrible aftertaste. I had to throw it away!

Visiting the area and ended up at La Morena. Hole in the wall vibes but they’ve got tasty food. This hit the spot post night out with my family. They have plenty of breakfast options along with regular dishes. I got the breakfast tostada with chicken for my protein, crispy hashbrowns, and a coffeechata. I love supporting local and La Morena was a great choice!
