I'm 60, used to go to this place when I was little with my mom and siblings. Hot dogs where so good, I'm glad this place is still open. Hopefully in the future if I stop by Sioux city I'll be able to get a couple of dogs.

Not a flashy place, but the place is clean, and serves fast and good food. Shake was great, too. I’d love to stop by again.
Oh and enjoy the random but antique stuff around the restaurant.

How do you make something simple, with ordinary ingredients and make it better with out changing the recipe? These guys have nailed it. With a mixture of nostalgic history, friendly staff that look you in the eye with respect, a thank you, and a good bowl of potato soup with a chilli dog on a dreary day. Given the chance, will be returning to enjoy another good experience.

To be honest... I would prefer Kwik Trip hotdogs over these expensive (low quality) hotdogs. And the bowl of chili was very watery. I'd try again but.... it was a weird experience. (You just leave your trash on the table for them to pick up was kind of weird to me. Made me feel rude and messy just leaving it there. And I kept stepping on oyster crackers!!!)
Overall the workers were really nice, service was A++.

Decided to give this place a try while I was in town. I have always heard wonderful things about this place and they did not disappoint! Their chilly dogs were GREAT! Staff is also very kind and quick!
