Prepare to Wait – or Better Yet, Just Don’t Go

We placed an online order and waited about 20 minutes before heading to the drive-thru to pick it up. When we got there, they told us our food was almost ready and asked us to pull forward. No big deal, right? Well, 30 minutes later, we were still sitting there, marinating in our own impatience.

At that point, I went inside to check what was going on. The manager at the counter gave me the classic I'll be with you in a minute—which was unfortunate, because I was fresh out of minutes. I told her we'd been waiting for over half an hour. Then, the grand reveal: our order had been sitting on the counter the entire time. Completely forgotten.

This isn’t the first time this has happened, but I can promise you—it’s the last time we’ll be visiting this location.

Got an order delivered to me and recieved all of the wrong items. Order completely wrong. Called popeyes for a resolution (new order delivered or refund issued) and the manager today at 5:30 2/5/25 told me to relax after bluntly describing my upsetting experience, which was apparently rude because he told me so over the phone and threatened a hangup he then said to come into the store. I love the popeyes on singing hills iv had absolutely no issue with management when I had anything wrong happen, but this location was my first and last time being a customer of it. Then said he doesnt want to help me anymore. Just a poor experience.

Great food but they usually run out of spicy chicken. Who goes to Popeyes for regular chicken? Service is also hit and miss. Lat time I was there the police arrested a guy for starting a fight with staff and customers.

I order a chicken sandwich, and inask the person in the drive thru that my drink was large instead of medium, she had a attitude after I mention that, it sucks that it seemed like she was having a horrible day. I hope what ever she had going on gets resolve so she can be happy. I will continue praying for her.

Our service was friendly and super fast! Our food was fresh and SO good! We both got the classic chicken combo, hubby with french fries, me with mashed potatoes. Everything was so good! Will love to be back again!

The women who works here with the blue hair and glasses is always in the most horrible mood when I go. Tonight when I stopped she was getting my order ready but I could hear her yelling at the person behind me through the mic to “WAIT” “ONE MOMENT” over and over, until realizing this person didn’t speak English she then yelled at them “UNO MOMENTO” until they stopped talking
