I’d give it’s zero if I could. All of our kids wanted Popeyes and we went here tonight, the lady at the drive thru had no knowledge of any special, like one piece Luffey meal, she just said “idk…no we don’t we have a number 5.”
So we thought no problem we’ll just order a two piece with Mac and cheese, and she proceeded to just say, “we don’t have that, we have…” and read off the menu like we weren’t reading it, so I said a 3 piece with Mac and cheese, but she just couldn’t comprehend anything!
After finally getting her to put in one order we asked to our 2nd which was exactly what she said they had on thier $5 menu and she replyed with, “we don’t have that…” and started saying other things, when she JUST OFFERED it to us!!!
I was so frustrated we told her forget it and went to KFC and spent our $80 there. Worst experience, no wonder they are always dead with no customers. Might as well just close.

I’m a DoorDash, and at night the crew do not care about anything. It took 25 minutes to get my order.

make u wait absurd long time for 2 orders of 4 pc fried chick 12 minute wait fir a door dasher to wait gor a simple order. No sense of urgency amd they just refried old chicken that was sitting in the window

My son and I stopped in to grab bite for dinner which was a meal for two used a coupon, and the chicken strips were very hard and not good, the rice and beans were old and caused me to feel ill a few hrs later. The chicken strips, were very dry, and hard we actually regretted grabbing a bite there.

We went to stop in today and the girl working didn't hear/see us come in. She was chowing down on chicken straps and pickles at the sandwich station....reaching in with her bare hands multiple times!!!! This was about 335-340pm Sat Nov 8th

The worker johnette was so very pleasant and helpful , I wasn't sure the exact box specials and she knew everything on that menu off the top of her head .. it was very bust and she was so calm and courteous !! Thank you so much

Literally bottom of the barrel trash. Never seen a fast food place ran so poorly. It's a eat and your own risk type of store.

This was our first time at a Popeys. This place was filthy!! It was hot in there, we are assuming the air wasn't working. We waited too long to get helped. There were no condiments or napkins out and pop all over...including the floor. Our food was ok...cold fries and chicken sandwich was extra greasy. The tenders were good though. We will possibly try a Popeys again....just not this one! Not happy hearing the gal behind the counter yelling at her helpers either.
