I celebrated my birthday this weekend and had SUCH a great experience at the Shack. We started on the other end of fourth street, and honestly had such a bad time that we were ready to call it quits at like 1030, which is honestly past my bed time anyways, but one of my friends convinced me to make the trek down towards the Hard Rock. The bars were so full they had spilled out onto the street and it felt like one wrong move would cause a fight. It was seriously anxiety inducing...

The food is the big draw hear. I myself have only had the Mississippi Pot Roast but it was so good. Plus all their other offerings look amazing. Nice to have some decent BBQ in Sioux City.

We visited this place on 29 July 2023. The place is small and cozy - and was not crowded as we arrived for lunch and some drinks. Maria was in charge and made the visit sooo nice. Really nice to chat to (My wife and I were there for about an hour and a half). The drinks are good and the sliders very good. And made in a relatively short time. Definitely a place to go for drinks, fast lunch and a good time.
