Food was not hot, room temp at best. Didn’t get the order right. Food is not the quality of other Dairy Queen’s, assumed since they are a franchise that all of them have the same quality food but that is not the case. Will cross this one off my lists of places to visit.
Waited in line for over 20mins. Pull up to order at 7:50pm and was told we could not order food as the kitchen closes at 8pm. Okay… last time I checked 7:50 is not 8. Nice way to treat your customers who just waisted 20mins. By far the worst customer service of any place in Johnson County.
