“My husband and I stopped in to the Bluebird Cafe after a busy morning and had a delicious breakfast. We were immediately greeted at the door. Service was fast, staff was friendly, and I had the most delectable omelette EVER! I would definitely recommend 10/10!! We will definitely be back!!“

“As a former professional brewer and certified beer judge, I can honestly say that the beer at Field Day is as good as it gets. I sampled many of the lagers and IPA’s, and all were excellent. The Czech Pils was my favorite. The food is also great. We sampled the egg rolls and gyro loaded fries. Service was excellent. There were a couple of beer order snafus, but our server, Madi, made it right. The Iowa City area craft beer scene is great, and Field Day is at the top of my list. Great food, beer and service. And the atmosphere is really good, too.“

“I just walked by. I can't afford a $6 cup of coffee! Smelled good. And, points added for giving out their used coffee grounds for a great addition to your garden compost. Even to me, as I pause for a free sniff on my way out. It's the little acts of sustainability, kindnesses, that add up to a cohesive society, and world. In my strident opinion. :)

Parking: There's plenty during non-rush times. Big Hy Vee parking lot, with Tesla chargers and free air also available at the connected gas station. (North Dodge store, anyway). 90% empty and Fairly safe 11 pm to 5:30 am, ostensibly with cameras recording, but they wouldn't show me the footage of area during time when my bike was stolen there, once...“
