Monterrey Mexican Restaurant

First off there food was not cooked all the way, I had steak nachos and the steak was still chewy and charcoaled on the outside. I had a party of five go in, there food was not good either we all ended up getting food poisoning.. on top of that the environment is not clean there’s flies everywhere. They don’t have clean up to date utensils they were very rude and unfriendly the waitress kept giving dirty smirks and having attitude when we would ask for things like to go box’s etc.. I later called back to inform them on my service and they again had attitude claiming that I must of ate somewhere else and just kept making it seem like it wasn’t a big deal that a party of 5 got food poisoning from there restaurant i DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING AND BAD SERVICE!!!!

I do not understand how this restaurant is still OPEN.

Everyone had thier food at our table but 1. And all that was ordered was 1 soft shell taco and French fries. We all finished before he even got his meal. Then waited forever for our check.

Pastor was dry, ok at best. Service was horrible, insultingly bad in fact... and atmosphere? Lots of Flies!

Monterey’s gets high marks for food But it’s very noisy. Difficult to have a conversation. Staff tosses dishes and silverware into a bin right near guest tables.

Absolutely flawless, certified authentic and delicious. If I needed a last meal this would be it!!! 10/10 Would Recommend!!!

i’ve ordered from this place a lot and it has been decent, the food is good when they get the order right. but everytime i order over the phone and go to pick it up it is never what i ordered.

Love the food. Always a pleasure eating here and service is wonderful along with the food.

Get the extra queso on the fajitas. Large side of guacamole was exceptional and well worth the expense. Server was a sweetheart.
