“2nd time I've experienced an an order and delivery issue. It doesn't take over an hour to make and deliver cheesesticks and a soda! especially 3 blocks at most away!“

“Myself, my daughter and grandchildren just left there. The original lady that helped us (dark hair with purple in it) was incredibly helpful, professional and kind. We ate in as well as getting a to go order. During the meal my granddaughter accidentally spilled her drink. We tried mopping it up with napkins, but it wasn’t enough. I went up to the register where there were two ladies in line, and an older gentleman taking their order. I waited until the First Lady was done and asked the gentleman for a towel, and explained my granddaughter had spilled. He completed the second ladies transaction and then handed me a towel. Not a word spoken to me. I’m trying to wipe up a full glass of pop and ice with a wet rag. He just watched. No offer to help or get another towel. I had to scoop ice and pop into my hands to take to a trash can, then get a bunch of napkins to finish cleaning it up. The food was good but the help needs lessons from the first gal that waited on us, in customer service.“
