Sliders were good fries were cold, service was sloppy waited 30 minutes for waitress with empty glasses had to find her to get drinks, this is the 2nd time in a row service was horrible seriously doubt ever go back to a once great place to eat.

Waited 3 hours for our food. Waitress wasn’t attentive forgot my soda and my baked potato. Food was good, but definitely not a 3 hour wait good.

Have been wanting to come here for a long time after hearing co-workers rave about their experiences and saying it was the best steak place they've been to in the area. Finally got a kid free night and took the wife out for a date night, we arrived around 7:15 and were seated immediately. The staff were kind and friendly and the building itself was unique and intriguing.
For a restaurant named Prime Rib I expected the absolute best prime rib, and what I got was overcooked prime rib that might as well be given to the dogs.
I ordered a medium rare prime rib, the first attempt I brought brought out an almost well done end piece with the cut facing up to hide the end. Chewy and dry. I sent it back after taking one bite, and the server was apologetic. She brought out a new cut, this time it looked nice and juicy, red on the top. I got about 2 cuts in towards the center and it started getting chewy and dry, flipped it over to find the bottom side was completely brown and cooked through. Completely disappointed. Atleast the sides were good, I will say the salad was nice and fresh, and the mashed potatoes were delicious. Wife ordered the bacon wrapped filet in medium. When she cut in, the only pink she saw was in the dead middle of the steak, 1 more minute longer and the thing would have been a hockey puck. Between the appetizer and the 2 meals our bill was $95 before tip. We won't be back any time soon. I don't know if it was an off night for the cooks, or if this is what should be expected here. Super disappointed, was so excited for some good local prime rib, guess I'll have to expand my search.
