We ate on the bar side. The place seem to be pretty loud and crowded. Maybe that's what they've got to do to serve everybody. The food was pretty good, I would order the sandwich again. The only minor complaint I have is the bread was about twice as big as it needed to be for the burger

Went on NYE and it was packed. Still found a table waitstaff was wonderful. We got our drinks and food way faster than we expected. Never felt rushed or had to wait for service. Always a great experience

The Prime Rib is my favorite restaurant to patronize in Spencer their food is amazing! We were there Thursday evening and weren’t impressed with our waitress some are better then others or busier then normal so no big deal. Finished with our meal we were preparing to go pay our bill so I put two five dollar bills on the table for a tip and had two twenty dollar bills in my hand with our bill which was $37 and some change including a credit card processing fee, waitress came and asked me if I would like her to take care of my bill and I said sure so she took it and never returned. She walked past and looked over at us three times but just kept going so after waiting a few minutes I picked up the two five dollar bills I left for a tip and we left. I don’t mind tipping good for good service but I do expect the balance of my bill returned to me unless I tell them they can keep the change and I also don’t mind paying a credit card processing fee IF I were paying with a credit card, this is the third time I’ve paid that fee although I paid with cash. Disappointing way to end a evening out at my favorite restaurant

Well the food has definitely gone down in quality and the wait staff is worse than ever. Ordered to Coke three times. Finally had to get it myself. we ordered three salad bar and one appetizer it was 60 bucks. And the salad bar has three salads and some lettuce. Not fancy lettuce not really good salad not really good fixings just your basics only. Oh well I guess I won't be coming here again.

At first glance this restaurant looks beautiful. Although the seating could use major TLC and the bathroom could use some elbow grease and a major deep clean. It's a special treat for most families to treat themselves and want to feel as if they have had a great experience, especially with the prices. The food is pretty good and a nice treat. Went to eat last night and I wont be back ever again. Ordered a steak and Alfredo dish. When the steak came out it was hard as rock and not even chewable. The pasta was very good just the steak was not edible. Ended up having to flag the waitress down to get her attention to tell her about the steak. The waitress started to give me and attitude when I was telling her the issue with the steak. All she said was well its well done so it should be like that. Well done steak should be edible not hard as rock. Then she started asking me if I wanted a new one with attitude. I got a new dish but didn't trust eating it after the attitude so left hungry without any food. And we had to pay full price on a meal so that was nice. Will not recommend and you lost a customer after that.
I love the food, the adult beverages, the venue and the staff. Always a great experience.

We love to come to prime rib, we love the food and service is always excellent....but, you need to get new chairs and booths...especially the booths..you sink almost to the floor in them..sorry

I would have been more satisfied with Taco Bell nachos. $32 for 4 pieces of Bang Bang shrimp & asparagus. 👎🏾 Waitress said she would comp one drink because the wait was so long. It did not reflect that on the bill.
