Usually like Taco Bell, but things have gone down hill. Couldn't even tell that there was any meat at all on our tacos. The shells had a awful flavor. The chicken that was on my burrito was so dried out and hard that I couldn't eat it. We brought it to the employees attention, and were basically told, everything is fresh, so it has to be good, and we were stuck with what we had. Good thing the place was clean, or it would have been a 1 star. Definitely won't be going back anytime soon.

Gave about a 3.5 my tacos were good but paid for jalepenos on them but got some spicy sauce instead (wasn’t bad, but not what I paid for) ignored that. But my burrito didn’t have them either and I could tell it was old and again didn’t taste horrible I just went and got some jalapeños lol. The speciality fries they have I got them but when they came out didn’t look appetizing and fries were kind of old. Again, not too big a deal as I work in fast food and have a tad bit of understanding but what I didn’t like was when we walked in there was someone at the register they seen us and ignored us and then proceeded to have a new hire come up and show them the menu on the POS all the while ignoring us. Would’ve been a good learning experience if he had taken our order and taught him that way. Then they walked away, I was like dam are you serious? So ended up ordering on Kiosk. Walked back up to get the cups for our drinks, there are 2 people just talking about random things and ignoring us, we waited a good 3 mins before my husband said can we get out cups please? And what really set it off is a worker that wasn’t even on the clock was running around like a 5 year old trying to show off how cool they were in the lobby and behind the counter, all the while with their hair not in a ponytail and their hair was well past their behind. Wasn’t the greatest visit. There was one person that was great but didn’t catch his name. Probably be awhile before I go back to this location :(

They messed up my order and then tried to blame it on the way I ordered it. Who orders a number nine-dollar box? Cause that's what they said was the confusion, when in fact I just ordered a number 9. And the place was dirty on the inside bathroom was trashed and when they gave us food the first time on top of it being the wrong order, it's was nothing more than onions and lettuce in a tortilla. Don't waste your time or money place is nothing but a Hassel and bad food!

One Star – Worst Taco Bell Experience I’ve Ever Had

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this visit was bad enough that I feel like people should know. We walked into the lobby and waited over 10 minutes without a single greeting or acknowledgment from staff. No one was at the counter. Eventually, a man waiting behind us yelled “Hello?” into the kitchen—finally prompting an employee to come out, look annoyed, and say “What?” before helping just one customer and disappearing again.

We had to use the kiosk to order, and then waited another 10 minutes with no updates, no interaction, nothing. There were no cars in the drive-thru, so I have no idea what was going on. When our food was finally ready, it was placed on the mobile pickup shelf and our name was yelled from the kitchen—no direct communication, no “thank you,” nothing. Not a single employee spoke to us the entire time.

To top it off, the food was subpar and sloppily made. Honestly, the whole experience left us frustrated and genuinely angry—and that’s not how you should feel leaving a fast food restaurant.

Oh, and just to add to the unprofessional vibe: an employee’s car was parked directly in front of the entrance in the best parking spot, with a large sticker on the window that said “I’ve got the munchies” alongside an extremely inappropriate graphic. Totally unacceptable for a place families frequent.

Won’t be returning to this location. Ever

I gave the food 5 stars because my daughter was the only one to eat, and she loves cheese roll-ups. Service was fast; I went through the drive-through and can't say anything about the service inside. Also, the reason I gave atmosphere three stars is because it's considered neutral.

Rainbow Vomit

Usually our favorite place to eat, even with mistakes made or time taken. But today was a poor day. Took 30-40 minutes for two meals with only other people there, already served in the building. Not sure how busy the drive through was. Instead of adding beans on my crunch wrap they only included beans and no meat. And used beef instead of chicken in one order. Tastes fine though, just slow and not exactly what we ordered.

Worst Taco Bell that I've been too, and my wife makes me go to many! Order was completely missing a combo and we had to go back for it, the. We discovered that we were missing the queso as well and didn't want to go back a second time. The food I did get looked like someone sat on my hard taco as it was crushed into multiple pieces. Soda machine must have been broke too as the soda taste like junk! To go order also didn't have any napkins in it! I'd make sure you have exactly what you ordered before leaving as this place is the worst!!!

Went in to pick up a DoorDash order and had 3 drinks and they did not give me a drink carrier, when I asked no one came to help me. I said excuse me over 3 times and made it clear I was trying to get some help. No one came to help me so I left.

Zach was working the drive through both times I came through for food for the kids at this location. He was super polite and made the whole experience extremely pleasant. Got Taco Bell the other day and had severe head ache(pounding), body aches to the point where I couldn’t get up, nausea, cramps, hot and cold chills. Never have I felt this bad. I have to run to the toilet every 10 minutes no joke. Called the hospital to see what they thought was going on and on that same night 4-5 ppl have also been to the Spencer emergency room for the same reaction to tacos bells food. FOOD POISONING!!!!
