My family and I ordered doordash yestersay. We did not receive our 3 sides of nacho chips, we got the cheese…no chips. Called, the manager got on the phone and was completely rude! Her response “I know there was 3 nachos in there, I’m the one that did the order” well there wasn’t. Then to top it off i also ordered a steak Chalupa, opened it up absolutely no steak in there. In fact, there was no meat. It had beans, rice, lettuce, sour cream, and cheese. I couldn’t believe it!

Have always enjoyed the food, and i understand we tend to get a big order, but whenever we try something new, (new to the menu or new to us) it always always either gets messed up or forgotten; like today. The flammin hot burrito completly forgotten, but we got a random thing of chips... Which means about $3 to $6 wasted whenever we try something new. That adds up.

For some reason my tacos tasted like some type of cleaning product. Left me pretty upset. Half broken tacos and barely anything in it but lettuce. Along with cold. Im surprised they were cold considering how busy they were.

Usually like Taco Bell, but things have gone down hill. Couldn't even tell that there was any meat at all on our tacos. The shells had a awful flavor. The chicken that was on my burrito was so dried out and hard that I couldn't eat it. We brought it to the employees attention, and were basically told, everything is fresh, so it has to be good, and we were stuck with what we had. Good thing the place was clean, or it would have been a 1 star. Definitely won't be going back anytime soon.
