I was at the Arby’s in Storm Lake, Iowa on Tuesday, September 17 at 7:15 pm. My husband went in to the store and ordered 2 regular roast beef sandwiches. There were 3 cars in the drive up and one family ahead of him to order inside. 30 minutes later he finally came out with the roast beef sandwiches! I was having lunch at Arby's Storm Lake IA location today and observed 2 female employees taking down some Christmas greenery. They were having a hard time yanking it down with a broom handle so a male employee came to help. He jumped up on the front counter, walked on the counter, and eventually removed the greenery.
