“Our tour and tasting were wonderful. However, after buying a bottle at the distillery as well as a nearby grocery store, we noticed that both bottles state they are distilled in Indiana. The entire tour consisted of telling us that every bottle is fermented and distilled right there in templeton, but in fact it is not. Majority of their whiskey is distilled in Indiana and then shipped to Iowa for finishing. Maybe that’s common sense for some people, but we felt misled. It would’ve been nice to know before spending $150 on bourbon/whiskey. Overall we had a great time but wish they were more honest.“
