“I go to this Arby's near 86th street and I-35/80 in Urbandale often and I have always had good service. A majority of the time I use the drive through as I did today. I ordered a couple of chicken sliders and curly fries, love those fries! Today like a lot of the time I had a short wait but only because they made the sliders and the fries fresh after I ordered. I would rather wait a few minutes for fresh hot food than drive away quickly with something less. Arby's is a higher quality of fast food in my opinion.“
“I have been to this location a few times and service is great, my favorite thing is the jalapeño bites & loop I was surprised how tasty burgers are! They are always happy and friendly. Very surprised how clean it is overall. Was afraid to use the restroom but was impressed too!“
