Tater tots seemed like they had been in a heater for a few hours. It took about 3-4 minutes for someone to come to the register. Restaurant was not dirty but not what I'd call clean.

I am editing this because in the past few months I have gone well past the time they should be open and there is nobody there. Twice this week I attempted to go there and couldn't. They clearly have a staffing problem that is not a one time deal. I went today and she couldn't take my order because I didn't have cash and their register was not working. I try to stop on my way to work and this is very inconvenient. I either go without or have to drive to Starbucks...

Drive-thru line was around the building so we went inside. No one was in there but understood that they were busy. No one waited on us for quite a while (until 3 more people came in and 1 left.) We ordered 2 doughnuts, a bagelful order & cold brew. The cold brew was awesome, the bagelfuls were cold & they didn't realize they forgot our doughnuts until I reminded them. All in all, I think it was a combination of understaffed, busy drive thru & possible new staff...
