My co-worker ordered 2 HOURS ago on line... she waited and waited....on line said it was delivered.....NOT! Never showed, no phone call! She called corporate and they were ZERO help nor did they even offer her anything for her trouble!! The store did not offer her anything nor an apology!!! Jimmy John's offers pretty good subs with freaky fast service. The Peppe sub is a favorite, accompanied by crunchy potato chips. The atmosphere varies depending on the time, but overall a solid experience. The store is now clean and inviting with happy, friendly workers, thanks to new management. A go-to place for a quick and consistent meal on the road.
