The cleanliness, especially sitting snowy weather? Immaculate. The music? Choice. The menu hits the spot every time, and honestly, it's a no-brainer to choose Pita Pit every time we're in the area.
I used to really like Pita Pit, back in my college days. I have not had it in years, however, and was somewhat disappointed by it when trying recently.
The chicken used to come in larger strips, but now appears to be finely chopped, almost shredded, which makes the texture very unusual.
Additionally, it seems like their barbecue sauce is different than it used to be. The taste was odd to me, and honestly I didn't enjoy it.

I usually love pita pit. I recommend the falafel!
I am extremely disappointed they have changed the service model to make you order all the toppings at the register and cannot see the toppings. For example, I usually only get the spinach if it looks fresh. And I skip items when they have other things in them, like cheese in the pepper container and so on.
