Wait staff appeared to be "put out" that a customer came in and did not want to sit in a booth where the seat cushions were torn n dirty. The $9.50 Onion Rings were 1/2 size of the picture or any other restraurant that serves Onion Rings, cold and tasted like they had been reheated, overly crunchy with alot of burnt pieces. Pizza was not cut, but after 5 minutes back in kitchen they said it was cut after having their bare hands all over it. the crust was vary hard cutting...read full review
So far I’ve only had the sugar cookies and I’m in love. I guess that’s why they are called Love Drops 😍😂 Great customer service as well! 10/10 would recommend 👍🏼👍🏼
My family loves Scornovacca’s. Been going there for years. Great food and great friendly service. One of the best pizzas in town!

Based on the reviews, Scorno's Restaurant & Bakery offers excellent food, including fantastic pizza with great crust, tasty sauce, delicious toppings, and perfect cheese. The Scorno’s Original Italian Grinder is fantastic, and the onion rings are the best, not greasy and super crunchy. The spaghetti and meatballs are also loved by customers. The homemade desserts are all so tasty. The food is good, and some guests found the pizza to be the best in Urbandale or central Iowa. However, service can be inconsistent. While some staff provide excellent, kind, and friendly customer service, other guests experienced being put on hold for over 5 minutes and never getting an order in. The atmosphere is laid back, allowing guests to feel satisfied without being rushed.
