had a great experience at this panera. Dawson really helped me out when they forgot my cookie. He even threw in an extra one for the long wait and the inconvenience. Amazing service
Id give it five stars if they didn't look like they were going to call the authorities everytime I step in the building. Its 2026, Its tattoos, get over it.
Went through the drive-thru ordered a salad and iced tea. I waited almost 10 minutes for my order at the pickup window. The iced tea tasted like coffee and was pretty much undrinkable. The salad was just okay.
