It was a frustrating experience for us. Staff don't speak or understand English and do not seem to accept the coupons. Newly advertised items aren't in stock. Trying to communicate the order was such a challenge it made for an unpleasant experience. In the end, we didn't get what we wanted and paid too much, but the only employee on site couldn't speak a word of English to us to understand what we were asking for. I won't go back.
Service is always great. Online orders have always been done on time or even a little early. The employees have always been pretty chill even during the lunch rush. Have seen some things have malfunctioned in the past like the fountain drink machine, but they always seem to get these things repaired and up and running again in a decent amount of time. I have been going to this subway for more than a year and I’ve seen a lot of their employees come and go. Tonight was different. Best service I’ve ever seen from any Subway. Kieran and Nick were phenomenal. I walked in and was immediately greeted. Both of them were kind and respectful. I absolutely will be coming back after tonight’s experience.
