The coffee is horrible and when you have them remake it and then walk off they are laughing about you and talking about you loud enough for you to hear them. I see why they have a 2.6 they are terrible

I purchased a coffee and a bagel; however, the coffee was served cold and the bagel was overcooked. The coffee had an unpleasant taste, prompting me to discard it. Furthermore, I experienced a lack of respect from the staff, who treated me in a rude manner. I felt marginalized, particularly in light of my skin color. The behavior of the staff was not only inappropriate but also deeply insulting. Worst caribou ever

Been here last 3 years. I’m a fan of caramel latte. Overpriced. All stuff members are trying to cover up their holiness in their soul by acting out rudely, disrespectfully. Since the situation hasn’t been rectified for a long time, the management seems not doing their job AT ALL.

Today is September 24th at 7:00 am I wanted to buy coffee, but the girl at the cash register turned out to be a racist, he insulted me and was very rude, I have never encountered anyone like that before

Ordered a bagel with two eggs and tomato and avocado on it. Almost $10 for a bagel is insane! The bagel was good but I fail to see how they came to that ridiculous price. Plus almost $7 for a 20 oz Caramel Macchiato that is mostly Ice made me regret going there. To top it off they have you sign a tip receipt as if they wanna drain the last few bucks left in your bank account. I will mot go there until they change their pricing.
