Went there around 8:30 on Tuesday morning not busy at all and asked for an avocado toast and this is what I got was bagel wasn’t even toasted and COLD . The service was also not so great, the girl In the cashier was not helpfully at all when I asked for variety and seasons coffee. So good luck spending your money on this shop.

Kind of pricey but when you taste it, it's worth it! There are so many places nowadays that don't toast bagels, but they do! The bagel was the perfect texture, lots of cream cheese (but not too much), and the latté was half-sweetened like I had asked. Recommended!

Needed a bite on the road to keep me satisfied for my long drive; of course there are other food choices available on site, but I was looking for a healthier option. Luckily there's this gem among the other marbles; granted it doesn't look like much at first, but I gave it a try and found exactly what I needed. It gives off a "coffee shop" vibe (obviously, it serves coffee), calm and welcoming; but the food options are great for all times of the day. Just healthy made sandwiches with bagels instead of bread; however one of my sandwiches wasn't made with a bagel, but might've been better than the bagel option itself. I will also admit, the sandwiches were a little pricey; but with how fresh ingredients were that had been added I can understand. It's a little difficult with how much of the truck stop there is to explore, but I definitely recommend this place; with it's friendly staff, and top notch food choices.

The young short-haired girl behind the counter was way more interested in what was on her phone than serving me. Just wow. Very uncomfortable to say the least. I apologize for inconveniencing her. The food was pretty good but a bit pricey. I would not order here again. P.S. The other young lady in glasses was the only reason I bothered to complete the order. She was nice and actually cared.

I stopped In excited to get a coffee and bagel. I get my bagel and it was toasted when I asked for it to be untoasted and they gave me a small drink when I ordered a medium. Which no big deal people mess up. I politely let them know I paid for a medium and they begin lying to me telling me that was a medium when the cup was tiny. I looked at the cup sizes on the counter and it was clearly the smallest size they had. I pointed that out to them and they continued to lie to me telling me it was a medium. Refused to give me my money back. I never get angry with my order being wrong but this was infuriating when they were lying and charging me for not what I ordered.

Very poor customer service and they don’t give you what you paid for. Staff is too lazy to fix orders when they make them wrong. Would not recommend this place.

Have eaten here around 5 times over the years. Food is always very good. Staff, though, is mighty unfriendly, most of the time (I think there has been an exception or two). And after being cynical and snotty while taking your order they make you sign the receipt, for no other reason than trying to get a tip out of you. I'm done with that. Will choose Blimpe by the diesel fuel island from now on.

Employees seem depressed :( another customer grabbed my food ahead of me. Then it almost happened again. Because of same orders. 12.50 for a bagel and coffee.

Located inside of the Iowa 80 Truckstop and paired with an Einstein Bros. Bagels. You can't use the Caribou Coffee app here. Major fail. As others have said, this isn't a real Caribou Coffee. It's a disgrace that needs its franchise license yanked. If you want a better one, then go to the one inside the Hy-Vee grocery store in nearby Moline.

Made a special stop here because Google has them open until 10pm. Wouldn't have stopped otherwise. Must be another place that closes because they can't get people to work.

Front of house is kitschy dust collectors, that leads into clothing (everything from western wear to funny t shirts), a huge food court and then a huge truck parts selection. Fun diversion from road.

Oh wow. A pretty good coffee choice inside what they advertise as Worlds Largest Truckstop. Cool. Honey and a real Large size cup for pretty good Americano of6 shots. Just right. Lovely lass attending my request. And other good fast food options here as well. I'm impressed.

The girls were too busy gossiping to get my order right or even cut my sandwich

It's a truck stop bagle place. I'd imagine it being quick service. Not the case here even at 9:40 on a Sunday morning they take 10-15 minutes to prep a sausage egg and cheese bagel. I'm not sure the issue here but I'll prolly be skipping this location on my next time
