Stopped back to back days. Got a medium crunch coat vanilla cone. Very small and with hardly any crunch coat. Next day small cone with crunch coat is the same size as my medium. However, this one was nicely coated with crunch coat.

Worst Blizzard I’ve ever gotten. I got an Oreo Blizzard with Rainbow sprinkles mixed in. I went back and said you didn’t mix any rainbow sprinkles in and just put them on top and then they wanted to charge me more and I said there is like 1/10 the amount of springs any other Dairy Queen puts in there and there was barley any Oreo in it as well. Not to mention the two lady employees were rude to me and left disappointed like it was my fault. I’ll never stop here again!

Unfortunately I can’t give -0 my brownie is cool (ice) I ask the lady and the kitchen lady introduced and see the not suppose to be hot , very rude …. End , my treat in the trash

I was standing behind Bud Pratt and he was incredibly rude to Evelyn. This man was unexpectedly rude. How dare he treat her this way? This woman was just doing her job and he treated her like she was nothing. She handled it like a professional and worked through his mean demeanor, regardless of how he treated her this woman is strong, and I commend her.

Horrible service bad attitude not one day but 2 days in a row Evelyn really needs to learn attitude about the job and how to deal with customers as this has been the worst experience I've ever had at a DQ but let me add the 2nd shift guys are amazing
