I made a mistake on my Mobile order. Johnny was exceptionally kind explaining how to cancel and how to find which Walcott restaurant was correct as it didn’t show up automatically as normal. He went above and beyond for this customer! I am glad I randomly chose this location for my breakfast! The food was freshly made for me and as I said, this employee went above and beyond

With this game going on I have stopped at walcott location to get my free food and after I eat it I get a bad headache and then end up pucking it up. My want to check all your temps on your food and dates. Ordered my food on the app while at home and when I arrived to pick up my food it still was not ready, must not be a priority for the staff. Going down hill fast

I have stopped here multiple times and the food is good, but they have gotten my drinks wrong in size and in flavor a few times. The cooked food is good and I haven't had an issue. They have decently short wait time, too. Some of their women staff have made me a bit uncomfortable with some of their conversations with me, though.

The cleanliness of this place was just so so today. Both the bathrooms and the dining room could use some attention cleaning wise. Outside of the Maine traffic areas which seem to get mopped regularly the grease buildup was pretty noticeable on the floors were actually a little slick.
